TorParticipantHi everyone. We were waiting for Ventura to be officially released in order to extend our current analysis of the issue, and indeed we were right, as some of you confirmed: we’ve another issue on new macOS version. The good news is that we can reproduce this one, so we’re already working on it to release a complete fix to mouse/gesture scrolling very soon.

SupaslashParticipantGreatly appreciated.
Will be waiting for the fix like a child his birthday gift.
Can’t work properly without the scrolling.October 26, 2022 at 09:44 #40980
lorenxfParticipantSame issue here after updating to macOS Ventura 13.0.
Now the Ventura has been officially released. Please fix it as soon as possible.

BritgirlKeymasterHi, we are able to reproduce the scrolling and trackpad issues that users have reported. Please follow this link to track the fix which will be made available in the next MR:
Mouse scrolling doesn’t work on macOS 13 Ventura

TorParticipantHi! Small update. The software version including the fix for the scrolling is being processed by our testing team, however we’ve found other small issues on Ventura and our client team is entirely focused on them. If these fixes will delay too much the release and if we receive green light from our testing team for the scrolling fix, we’ll prepare a pre-release package for you all (and make @Supaslash a happy child!).

BritgirlKeymasterWe’ve sent an email to everyone in this thread, a couple of emails bounced so if you have not received anything, please contact us directly for a macOS package which includes the fix. Thanks!

jm76430ParticipantThanks. I’ve installed the updated version and verified that mouse scrolling is working on my MacOS, Linux, and Windows servers.

balagopalanParticipantI have the same issue. How do I access the macOS package?
October 28, 2022 at 21:18 #41053
cj1171ParticipantThat build you emailed is working great for me on Ventura connecting to Windows and Linux hosts!

bryanso007ParticipantHi, I have been following this thread without posting. I am not sure how to “contact you directly”.
Please let me know how to get the fix. I’d like to preview it.
Thanks

jswartParticipantNot sure how to do the “contact directly” part. Would appreciate a new version that is able to scroll. Best!

oneatomParticipantHi,
Can I get a pre-release package to fix the issue as well? I have the same issue.
Thanks!

vamsiParticipantCould you kindly send me the link for macOS package.
October 29, 2022 at 21:04 #41066
josejimenezParticipantI have a 14″ Macbook Pro M1 with OS Ventura and NoMachine 8.1.2 that I use to connect to an Ubuntu 18.04 server (it too runs NoMachine 8.1.2).
And the same as previously reported; scrolling does not work. No worries – good to know you all are working on a fix.
