How do I go about securing NoMachine on my home PCs so that I can only access them if I VPN into my home router? essentially I don’t want anyone from outside my network to be able to see I have NX running or be able to connect to it.
You need to edit the server.cfg file.
EnableUPnP noneCheck out the article online which explains where to find the server.cfg. See the penultimate paragraph “Disabling UPnP/NAT-PMP port mapping”
