Session HW encoding not available in version 8

[_djs_]

I’m not getting hardware encoding with our AMD Ryzen desktops. Enterprise Desktop 8.1.2_1 64bit on Ubuntu 20.04.

Is it supported?  Could I just be missing some library or kmod?
