    Hello forum,

I have been using NoMachine Enterprise Client 5.2.21 to connect from my Windows 7 laptop to a remote RedHat Linux server. I have limited access rights on the server.

Today I did some cleanup on my laptop using “CCleaner”, and now I can’t access the remote server with NoMachine. I guess Ccleaner erased some configuration files. I also can’t get to the server by creating a new connection with the same settings.

Looking at the “connection”, it says:

NX> 147 Server capacity: reached for user: xxxxxxxx

    and also

NX> 595 cannot write on file ‘/usr/NX/var/db/running/sessionId{6CD718F22402C89803C192118434E061}’: 28, No space left on device.

Attached please find my session and
Googling around a bit, it seems like I may need someone on the server side to reset the configuration settings? Or is there anything I can do to get the access working again?

    Thanks!

It turns out the server crashed at the beginning of the long holiday weekend and no one there looked into it until Tuesday. Now everything is working normally again.

    Hello,

thanks for the update. This would appear to be a licensed version with technical assistance enabled. Next time it might be better to contact your administrator and ask them to open a support ticket so that the team can investigate according to your entitlements 😉
