We would like NoMachine Enterprise Desktop to function on Linux exactly as it does on PC. Specifically we’d like multiple users to be able to connect to the same desktop session and share it effortlessly, like they can with a PC.

However on Linux (CentOS 5.6 in this case) after you connect it gives us unwanted extra options like “Create a new virtual desktop” and “Create a new custom session”. Neither of these options seem to allow two users to share a session.

Can someone provide some more info/links? Is there a way to get it to behave exactly like the PC version?

Are you sure you have installed Enterprise Desktop? From the image it appears you have installed a product which offers the virtual Linux desktop functionality (any of the products from the Terminal Server range, plus Enterprise Server).
