I seem to be getting terrible file upload/download speeds when the transfer is done through the NoMachine client. For instance the upload speeds seem to be around 300 KB/s at most, while through sFTP I can get up to 5 MB/s upload to the same machine. Download speeds seem to be random, but they also seem to be below the 250-300 KB/s mark.
I’m using NoMachine Free on Linux (Ubuntu 16.04 on both ends, server has LXCE), but it seems to be the same with a Windows client too. I have both TCP and UDP ports forwarded and if I understand the connection information window right, it seems to be using both just fine. Nothing abnormal (errors etc) in the logs either.
