The screen resolution does not change

NoMachine free version is installed on Windows Server 2008. The Windows server does not have a physical monitor. When connected, the screen resolution is set to 1024 * 768 and I can’t change it. In the NoMachine settings, you can’t change the screen resolution either, it always connects with a resolution of 1024 * 768. Even when I make a connection with a screen resolution entered manually or the screen resolution of the client. How to fix it ?

Hi,

this doesn’t depend on the NoMachine software. Available resolutions are those made available by the system (depending on the graphics card, the drivers and whether a monitor is attached). If you don’t have the possibility to attach a monitor to the server, you can try to use a HDMI dummy plug.
