Hi everyone,

I am trying to use NoMachine Enterprise Client with a guest account for the institution I work with. My laptop has Windows 10 Home. I can log in to the VPN and use our research grid via SSH, but for some reason I get the error that’s on the title of this topic when I try to connect to my virtual desktop on NoMachine.

Previously I was able to use NoMachine with a full user account with the same computer I am using, but I can’t use it with my guest user. Now I also only have access to the guest account so I can’t resort to using the full user account anymore. I am attaching the logs here as well
