I followed the entire guide on this page from start to finish, every step:

    https://www.nomachine.com/accessing-your-remote-linux-desktop-on-amazon-elastic-compute-cloud-via-NoMachine

However, when I want to connect to AWS using NoMachine, I get this error:

Ooops! A connection timeout has occurred while trying to connect to ‘ec2-18-222-183-138.us-east-2.compute.amazonaws.com’ on port ‘4000’. The issue could either be caused by a networking problem, by a firewall or NAT blocking incoming traffic or by a wrong server address. Please verify your configuration and try again.

Where do I start to solve this? Thank you.

Are you sure that you added port 4000 to the access rules? It’s “Configuring the security group” section in mentioned article.
