Two 4K monitors in Windows 10. When I connect from any other single monitor client, the server is seen as having a 7680×2160 display. That prevents any of the resizing options from working correctly, it just squishes things. I’d just like to see one monitor or the other, but it doesn’t appear as multi-monitor (no ALL button the KB says should be there and Ctrl-Alt shortcuts don’t work NoMachine – Switching the view between multi-monitors during a remote desktop session).

Can you submit a screenshot of the Display settings panel of the NoMachine session menu?

Also, from the server side, a screenshot of the Display settings window of the operating system.

Thanks @britgirl! As you can see, no ALL button at the bottom and resolution of 7680×2160.

In the OS display settings, monitor one is “disconnected” (intentionally)

    Thanks.

How about, is there a way to select only one 3840×2160 monitor to connect to?

Sorry for the delay. We’ve tried reproducing without success.

Could you send us the logs of the server? Send us also the player for safe measure. Please follow the instructions here: https://kb.nomachine.com/DT07S00243, it includes the instructions for both server and client sides. Then submit them all to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com. You can use the topic’s title as the subject of your email. Thank you.
