Unable to connect NoMachine Windows client to Linux server

Hi, I followed the steps from below link, but NoMachine client (windows) is not connecting to my server (Linux)

What messages are you seeing when trying to connect to the server? This might help us to point you in the right direction.

Hi I have also same problem. I tried to login through NoMachine 4.5 from windows to linux, it shows Error is 5: Input/output error. Any one  please help me to resolve this issue. Thanks

Please enable logs and send them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com.

@satya It seems you also submitted your bug report to NX Issues, and they discovered you are not using official NoMachine packages on the server side. The forums deal exclusively with version 4 and later from NoMachine.
