Unable to forward local USB devices

I’m trying to forward my local USB gamepad from my client to the server, Both running on Windows 10 and with free version 6.10.12. However, when I open Devices -> Connect USB Device →, no local devices are shown, despite they are connected to local USB ports.

I have already read this article https://www.nomachine.com/AR04Q01027 and I haven’t programs in conflict on server-side. What I am missing? Thanks for any help.

At your client logs, I find a line:

16:14:01 270.803 DeviceIoUsbWindowsClient: USB Service is not running.

So you need to check conflicting software on your client-side, not the server.

Also, can you please launch the “Services” application and check, does NoMachine Devices Server has “Running” status?

It worked. For some reason, NoMachine Devices Server was set to “Manual” on client-side. Changed to “Automatic” and did a reboot. Thanks
