I downloaded the .deb package for Raspberry Pi4. However it will not install, I get a message that it is the wrong architecture. I note the filename is nomachine_8.14.2_1_arm64.deb whilst the rpm & tar.gz are both aarch64 which seems more correct to me? or am I wrong:-)

I’m running Raspbian Linux 11 and the Kernal & CPU reports as Linux 6.1.21-v8+ on aarch64

We had a similar report a while back, you could be encountering the same problem. It is Raspberry which is reporting the wrong information. In checking the latest image of Raspberry Pi OSarmv7 (Bookworm), there is a 64-bit kernel. This is why uname -m command shows aarch64. However, the libraries in Bookwork are for armv7 and so you could try installing a NoMachine package for armv7.

Hi, Apologies for the late response, the above fix worked although I had to manually remove the files from my previous attempts. Anyway, thank you for your help 🙂
