Unable to login with Windows account

Hey all,

I’m trying to connect to my home PC with my laptop (both on Windows, both connected to the same Microsoft account). I can connect from my laptop to PC and from my PC to laptop just fine as a guest. Additionally, I can use my Microsoft account as a system user when connecting to my laptop from PC. However, this same login doesn’t work when connecting to my PC from laptop. I’ve tried other username and password combinations that I could think of.

can you tell us what formats the usernames have that you are using? Take  a look at the section for Windows here: https://kb.nomachine.com/AR03S01118, to see what I mean.

Can you show us a screenshot of the dialog that NoMachine shows when you attempt to login?
