    What is the IP:PORT number I should use to connect to ubuntu (12) VM on Azure?

    I installed NoMachine on my linux . I started NoMachine …the IP address it is running on is marked as Internal on Azure portal, so I chose the SSH endpoint details from my  Azure ubuntu to connect to .

    But I am still unable to connect.

    Any help is appreciated.

    Hi ambm01,

    Please make sure you have a public IP and configure the firewall to pass traffic on port 4000.

    As an alternative you can install a version with SSH support and it should work out of box.

    Let us know if you have further issues.
