"Waiting for the desktop user to authorize your connection"

Hello,

I have installed NoMachine server on Centos vps and using the NoMachine client to connect from a mac, however, there is a message
“Waiting for the desktop user to authorize your connection” that appears when trying to connect to the remote Centos machine.

The connection was working perfectly before and this message was not appearing but now it is, the reason for this is unknown.

How can I connect to the remote Centos vps?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
