    Hi,

Fantastic free software on my Linux desktop, mini PC, and laptop!

When will Wayland be supported, currently have all three of my computers running X11?
(Running CachyOS KDE Plasma on all three computers)

Also can you add support for desktop scaling?
(I was running 4K display and NoMachine window was not scaled up to 200%?)

    Keep up the great work!

Hi Jesse, thanks for your nice feedback 🙂

NoMachine already fully supports CachyOS with Plasma KDE on Wayland. Did you recently try? If you’re experiencing problems with the latest NoMachine version, send us the logs.

Regarding your question about desktop scaling, do you use Linux on both server and client side? Is the client using 200% desktop scaling or the server? Can you show us the problem with a screenshot or describe in more detail?

    Hi,

With the zooming I am talking about the NoMachine main window – if the scaling is set to 200%, the main window does not scale 200% (same machine the NoMachine is running on).

I get a black screen when trying remote use my desktop and laptop when they run Wayland?
Both the desktop and laptop have nVidia dedicated GPU’s.

Can you provide URL link instructions to getting the logs?
All three computers run current CachyOS KDE Plasma.

    Thank you.

    Jesse

Ah sorry I didn’t provide the link, check here for instructions on how to get the logs: https://kb.nomachine.com/DT08U00298. Let’s get logs from both sides – not just the server, but also the device you are connecting from when you encounter the problem.
