Win server – Black screen when connecting

Hi

I have three machines.First – win2k8R2SP1; second – win7. These are neighbors. And third – remote Ubuntu 14.04 desktop. Ubuntu connected to network using OpenVPN.
NoMachine is version 5.0.63 on all machines. Service is automatically started.

And I have next situations: If I connected from win7 to Ubuntu – all working. If connect from Ubuntu to win7 – all working. If I connect from win2k8R2SP1 to win7 or Ubuntu – all working is correct, but if I connected from from win7 or Ubuntu to windows server – after entering login and password I see black screen only.

What do think about it?
