    G’day,

The software starts and runs, but when the client attempts to connect it throws up two error windows on the XP VM regarding a dll error.  Closing the two pop ups  (using the console view in Virtualisation station in this case) then allows the client to successfully connect via NoMachine.  Is there a fix?

    regards

Can you send us a screenshot of the errors/pop ups?

    See attached.

After clearing both of these from the VM console NoMachine will connect.  This happens each time the VM is started.

On the machine you are connecting to, please disable hardware encoding in NoMachine. You do this by going into Server settings > Performance > unticking the box in ‘Use hardware encoding’ (https://kb.nomachine.com/DT07S00237#2.7). Then connect again.

This caused another dll error, but the problem resolved itself after a hard reset.  Turning off hardware acceleration appears to have fixed the problem.

    Thankyou
