    Hello everyone,

    I have just installed the latest NoMachine for Windows 9.0.188_11 yesterday. After rebooting, I still cannot successfully see the NoMachine GUI, even though I can find the PID of NoMachine services including:

    NoMachine Device Server

    NoMachine Node Process

    NoMachine NX Server

    NoMachine Server Process

    Here’re the error messages in trace.log (also attached)

    My Windows version:  22H2 (OS Build 19045.5965)

    I studied other posts on this forum and have tried the following, but none of them work:

    – disable firewall and antivirus

    – add NoMachine to rules (the processes are in the whitelist from the beginning)

    – update Visual C++ redistributable

    – update wintab32.dll as suggested in https://support.huion.com/en/support/solutions/articles/44002332146-issues-with-wintab32-dll-file

    – install the previous version 8.15.3

    – try in Safe Mode (still cannot see the GUI)

    I have attached the logs and the .nx folder.  on.

    Many thanks!

    Nina
