Win10 – Error 138

    I am receiving Error 138: connection time out, when trying to connect to remote host.

    At client side, I can see both LAN/WAN IP’s has been detected correctly by the NoMachine software. I have entered the host IP address and protocol is NX with its default port of 29382.

    I have attached the logs files. Can someone please help?

    Try submitting logs again (what you submitted was empty?). You can also send to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com.
