Thank you! We received the log file you sent us. Although, the log is not the correct one.
By default, the client deletes logs from previous connections, so we suggest you to pack all the R-* directories and to make sure that they are not being deleted.
There are two ways to collect logs:
1. open Settings, Security and check the box “Don’t delete log files on exit”. We strongly advise to uncheck the box after collecting the logs, to avoid to leave unwanted files.
2. copy the logs while the player window showing the error is still open (in such case logs have not been removed yet).

Again, you can send the logs to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com making sure you use the title of the topic as the subject of your email.
