    So I am trying to connect my Windows 10 machine to a Linux system (Ubuntu 18.04) using NoMachine free version 6.2.4 and have yet to be successful. I am running the Linux system as a server, I have the right IP, but I can’t figure out why it won’t connect. It says the server is up and running. The Linux system can connect to the Windows machine without any trouble. I have attached the logs from the failed connection attempt on the Windows machine.

    The upload of your logs failed. Please collect logs (both server and client sides), following the procedure explained in this document https://www.nomachine.com/DT10O00163, and send them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com making sure to reference this forum topic.
