    Hi,

when connecting to a Linux computer via NoMachine Xfce-desktop I’m encountering the following problem: The key on the bottom left between the “y”-key (“z” for QWERTYs) and Shift-key (i.e. “<“) is shown within the NoMachine Session as the key left to “1” (i.e. “^”).

This occurs only in NoMachine. Within other programs on MacOS the key works perfectly fine. When using the internal MacBook keyboard for input to NoMachine however, the key works fine.

    Brief description:

Typing “<” on external keyboard in MacOS: “<”

Typing “<” on internal keyboard in MacOS: “<”

Typing “<” on external keyboard in NoMachine: “^”

Typing “<” on internal keyboard in NoMachine: “<”

    Any help appreciated!

    Computer: Apple M2 Pro

    MacBook keyboard layout: German (QWERTZ)

External keyboard: MX Keys for Mac (German – QWERTZ)

    NoMachine Version: 8.8.1

Hi. Sorry for the late answer. We’re doing some tests in our lab with that keyboard model, as the problem is strictly related to it. We’ll keep you informed.
