Thanks for the update!
SledgeHammerParticipant@Britgirl do have any further updates on this?
SledgeHammerParticipantAh. Ok. Zipped up and emailed the zip as instructed. Thanks.
SledgeHammerParticipantOk, so I reset the connection and turned on “Don’t delete logs”. On connection, I use the default “show the desktop at its resolution with scroll bars”, “don’t resize the remote”. Display seems slightly blurrier then directly on the mac and I have scrollbars. Then I go into the settings and “Enable Viewport” is selected, so I select “Resize”. No change. “Scale to Window” gives me distorted / blurry text. “Enable Viewport” then “Resize” again and it stays the same as as Enable Viewport with the scroll bars.
No files are created in C:\Users\nx\.nx. I verified the checkbox on Player / security and tried a few times. NoMachine 8.2.3.
I then noticed that is a bit old, so upgraded to 8.4.2 on both the PC and the mac and same results. No change on “Enable Viewport” -> “Resize” and no logs.
SledgeHammerParticipantHi, thanks for the reply. If I start the connection in Viewport mode, and then switch to resize, it doesn’t seem to do anything. I tried resetting the connection settings and same issue. It gets pretty much pinned to the initial configuration and changing it doesn’t seem to save the defaults.
SledgeHammerParticipant@Britgirl any help with this?
SledgeHammerParticipantYes, I tried resize mode as well. I attached a screenshot of the same exact screen in Resize mode vs. Viewport mode (which is the only mode that works, except it has scrollbars since it’s not scaling the screen).
