As for EGL, the Wayland Gnome option simply disappears after I run “sudo /etc/NX/nxserver –egl-capture yes”. I have to run “sudo /etc/NX/nxserver –egl-capture no” to bring back the option.
I am on latest Manjaro with Gnome 42.
