    Hi, and thank you for your help.

    As for some reason I am not allowed to upload a log file and as the log files are very small I simply copy/pasted them 🙂

    Hello Tor

    In order to make some test runs simple, I installed two Dell Optiplex 9020 PC physically on my desktop. On both machines, Windows 10 is installed (Client = DESKTOP-HomeOffice / Server = DESKTOP-3EQ6AMI).
    Both machines are connected via a LAN cable to my fritzbox7360
    On both machines NoMachine 8.1.2. is installed. And on both machines, I can access the internet, my emails, and router settings.

    First try:
    On the server side, I checked the box “Use a proxy”, then went back on the client PC and tried to make a connection. But I got the message:  “Oops, Could not initialize the connection, please verify your proxy settings.” and I saved the log file: R-DESKTOP-HOMEOFF-12064-E6850F573601B0AF0AE03C42FFC18F65

    Second try:
    On the server side I unchecked the box “Use a proxy”, selected the client I wanted to connect to and selected In Configuration “Use custom proxy” and checked the box. Then I switched to the Client PC and tried to make a connection: but again I got the message : “Oops, Could not initialize the connection, please verify your proxy settings.” and I saved the log file: R-DESKTOP-HOMEOFF-10056-AD48B1E95CAB2CADF61A1C635629E0CD

    Any help is welcome.
