Hi, thanks for paying attention. Here is the information:
1. Both my laptop (Lenovo Yoga 14s 2021 intel ver.) and PC run ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS.
2. Both my laptop and PC ran NoMachine 8.2.3.
3. The setting changes were only sound volume and muting the server (I have checked this setting after I noticed my laptop can’t output sound through the built-in speaker or headphone jack).
4. Output devices I found in the setting are “Speaker-sof-hda-dsp” and “NoMachine output”.
A few days ago, I used my PC to connect to my laptop remotely and watch a video playing on the laptop remotely. At that time, I did some settings changes (volume change and server sound muting on/off). But after that, I notice my laptop can no longer output sound through its speaker and headphone jack. I can only use bluetooth device connecting to the laptop for music.
