    Thanks again, do you mean I have to configure the router for port-forwarding on my side, Mac, or on her side, Windows?

    Very very kind of you, but unfortunately it still doesn’t work. I’m on a Mac but the person on the other side is on a Windows 10 PC and knows nothing about computers. She managed to install NoMachine and that’s all. What should she look at?

    I was able to connect with [removed] but the free version doesn’t allow more than a few minutes.

    Thank you for your answer. In fact, is very silly, I was tired and copy the entire address with :4000 at the end. Sorry !
