    Hello Britgirl,

    Thanks for your contribution. I don’t think it is relevant to my problem, because I use the logon name of the destination computer, i.e. my_email_address@email.comwhich seems to me to be compliant to the theory you enounce. Anyway, as I can connect as guest, there is no security problem.

    So the question remains: what prevents me from connecting as myself?

    Thank you for offering help.

    1. All three are on Windows 11
    2.I am using exactly the same credentials with which I am logged on the destination computer
    3.I can log remotely as Guest. Which is useless if my computers are not near each other, because Guest requires acceptance on the destination.
