charredskinParticipant“it sounds like a bug.” – Yep yep, I think you might be right Britgirl. I can in fact open up 4 concurrent NoMachine app connections without any issues. I was actually able to do that with just one Network subscription as well internally. I had to upgrade to the Enterprise Desktop to use the Machine Id feature, which I love… but yeah, if it signs me out of each machine every time I switch between machines, I might just need to look for an alternative solution for unattended access.
Thanks for the insight either way, Britgirl! I think I will open up a support ticket and give NoMachine another shot before I start looking for yet another solution.
charredskinParticipantUnfortunately, that wasn’t the answer. I purchased two more NoMachine Network Advanced Subscriptions, but I cannot assign this Network Subscription to my account because it says I already have one.
Here is what it tells me when I attempt a second connection:
So, having 3 NoMachine Network subscriptions didn’t help, as I can’t assign the second subscription to myself. Am I required to create a different username for each machine? It is just me connecting to all of my machines. I have purchased annual Enterprise Desktop for each of them, license and NoMachine access via the NoMachine app works fine within the network. I want to connect via browser using Machine Id to 3 machines at a time but I can’t. Happy to buy whatever, but another Network Sub wasn’t the answer.
charredskinParticipantThe Machine Id works great for each connection; it sounds like the NoMachine Network connection is what I need more of to be able to connect to more than 1 machine at a time. Yeah, it doesn’t make me close the tab, it is NoMachine saying I’m already connected to another machine and it is saying it will sign me out of the first one. Thanks for confirming the thing I need to buy!
