I’m using Trend Micro Maximum Security (17.8.1402).

Hello,
- No, I’m using AD/LDAP; I’m using a local account with a Microsoft account.
- It is English with Windows 11 24H2.
After this posting, I found out what is causing this problem.

I’m using Trend Micro as my antivirus software; somehow, this program blocks adding users during the installation. Also, even Trend Micro is preventing the program from being started.

My temporary solution to run and install NoMachine was turning off Trend Micro and adding NoMachine’s installation folder as an exception list from monitoring.

I also sent “nxinstall.log” to you via email for you to review.
