    Hi Britgirl,

    It looks like the file is 3.2 MB and your limit is 1 MB so that was the issue.  Would you be so kind as to try and download the link from my Google Drive please?

    Thank you.  Yes, please see attached ZIP file that shows the difference between the remote and console views.  It is almost like i have switched o some kind of multi-user mode whereas I just need the console and remote views to be identical, as they have been for many months

    Hello support team,

    Is there anyone who could kindly help with this issue please?  The following are our details:

    NoMachine product and version on local and remote machine :  Free, 6.9.2 on both server and client

    Whether the problem arises connecting to a physical or a virtual display.  The server is virtual and client is physical

    Remote and local Windows/Mac/Linux version :  Server is Windows 10, client is Ubuntu 18.04

    If on Linux, desktop version (GNOME. KDE, whatever) on client and on server.  Linux Ubuntu is on GNOME
