    @Britgirl, thank you very much for the follow-up instructions. I reverted the Player.cfg file and tried the page peel to disable the client side hardware decoding, which also worked.

    I sent client logs to the email you noted. The first file corresponds to hardware decoding being disabled initially and changing the settings to enable it once more. The second file re-opened the connection, now with hardware decoding enabled, and then disabled it.

    Thank you so much @Britgirl! I found your post with a similar issue but somehow missed the instructions for disabling hardware accelerated decoding.

    Making that change on my laptop (the Player) fixed the issue and I will mark it as solved.

    I ran into the same issue connecting from my Win10 laptop to Ubuntu 18.04 after updating both to NX 6.7.6. Restarting the server on both did not fix the issue, but logging into the Ubuntu box and running –shutdown, followed by –startup fixed it for me and I now have full video.
