I have exact the same problem trying to connect to a Windows PC from my Mac. I’ve used NoMachine for at least 6 months and it has always worked. from Terminal I get:  nc -v 172.17.0.130 4000

    Connection to 172.17.0.130 port 4000 [tcp/terabase] succeeded!

I have upgraded MacOS to Sequoia 15.0 since I last used NoMachine. I’ve looked in firewall settings but I cannot see that I need to change anything.

    Launching from Terminal works????

    Thanks

    Hi

The second workaround seems to solve my problem. Thank you very much for your help 🙂

Hi. Thanks! I can activate the num lock with the on screen keyboard and as long as I use the on screen keyboard it works as intended. But when I hit a key on the Macs physical keyboard it deactivates num lock. So I need some more help if possible?

Yes I’m connecting from the Mac to the Windows machine. Mac has numerical keyboard but the Windows machine has not. I’m maybe using the client word erroneously. Sorry for that.
