/etc/NX/nxserver --start nxsshdis a Windows command. Windows doesn’t ship SSHD so we provide it, Linux ships its own native version). The user,whose computer is being accessed (so the one receiving technical support), needs to accept the connection – this is the default setting of the software once it is installed.
