It’s not clear whether you installed 4.2.19? You have to do it manually: https://www.nomachine.com/SU04L00104

Additionally, it is not clear what you are running on the server side. A similar problem is reported here: https://www.nomachine.com/forums/topic/no-mouse-cursor-on-ubuntu

If it is the same problem, I suggest you participate in that topic.

This isn’t possible with NoMachine alone. You would probably need to set up each desktop in virtual machines (e.g with VMware, check their FAQS on how to do it) and then install NoMachine for Linux to get access to the physical desktops you create.

Please be sure that all of you update to the latest version: 4.2.19. This should be always a requirement before starting any investigation.

Can you update to the latest version, 4.2.19, and tell us whether you are still encountering the same problem? The desktop environment and Suse version would be useful to know too.
