They show that you are possibly encountering this issue here: https://www.nomachine.com/TR06R09772 . There is a workaround in the TR. Please try that and let us know.
The logs show nothing wrong with pack=16m-png. The logs show a failed session attempt. We can see that NoMachine creates a virtual display. This happens when the physical display is unavailable such as in headless scenarios. Is the Linux server headless? Are you still getting a white screen? What client are you connecting from?
How this is related to NoMachine, I’m not sure.
You have a remote MonolixSuite and you want a shortcut on the desktop there, which was there in the past and now when you connect it’s not there?
Where is the smartcard located? If it’s already been added and it’s recognized, you should go to the connection menu and follow the steps in chapter 4 about Devices, and specifically for smartcard readers, https://www.nomachine.com/DT10O00156#4.5.
The yes/no prompt is issued when the local X server cannot be found. NoMachine is then able to use its own display service (which is an embedded X server).
Are you the administrator of the remote host you are connecting to? Was something changed?
So have I understood correctly that it’s working now? If it happens again let us know.
Apologies for the late reply. The logs don’t really show much other than possible UDP issues. Can you disable UDP on the player side? To do that select the connection icon, right click and select Edit, click Advanced and make sure the ‘Use UDP’ box is not flagged.

What desktop environment are you connecting to by the way?
There’s not enough information in the logs to know what is going wrong. You would need to enable debug on the server side, reproduce and resubmit the logs. Make sure the player logs are included from the client side.
What version do you have installed, the latest one? What steps did you follow to disable and switch off the nxserver? Did you try with

Can you send us the logs from both the connecting Windows client and remote Linux server? So there will be two separate sets.

Is the tablet on the same network as the Linux laptop and Linux server?

We actually updated that Feature Request recently to fit in with our current development roadmap because we recently changed the priority on it. It’s definitely in our plans to do 😉
