KeymasterFrom what you’ve pasted it appears to be an authentication error, sometimes caused when the password is accidentally spelled wrongly. Does your password contain Unicode characters?

KeymasterTo know the version and you want to do it from the !M icon, click ‘Show the service status’ -> Server preferences -> Updates. You can also check the version from the connection GUI: click ‘Settings’ and follow the same path as mentioned above. If you have Enterprise Client installed instead, click ‘Settings’ -> Preferences -> Updates.
Let us know what the version and product is either side, thanks.

KeymasterHi, we are aware of issues when connecting to Mojave and are investigating. We have opened a Trouble Report which you can view here: https://www.nomachine.com/TR09P08873.
We’re also in the process of inserting an article with instructions on how to workaround the problem. When it’s available it will show up in the list here: https://www.nomachine.com/knowledge-base.

KeymasterAfter installing on your Windows PC did you do a restart?

KeymasterHi rth, to run virtual desktops you need a product from the range of Terminal Server products. Quoting the tutorial:
Install Workstation or other Terminal Server product on the remote host you want to connect to (the server).
Enterprise Desktop is for access to the physical display. It’s not a product from the TS range so it won’t be possible to run virtual Linux desktops
I would start off with Workstation for Linux 🙂 But check out the Terminal Server family of products here: https://www.nomachine.com/comparison-terminal-server-products.

KeymasterHello, could you resubmit the images as attachments please rather than embedding them. Thanks!

Keymaster@jradxl, the free version of NoMachine allows for one connection to the remote host as Mth states. It’s for remote desktop access. Could it be that what you are looking for is a product from the Terminal Server range maybe?

KeymasterHello, please send the attachments to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com.
Confirm here what versions of NoMachine you have installed on the connecting client and on the remote host you are connecting to.

KeymasterPlease see here: https://forums.nomachine.com/topic/problems-in-google-cloud-platform#post-8603
Quoting from that topic:
What you are effectively trying to connect to is an RDP session. NoMachine will connect to the physical display of the host (not an RDP session already running). Maybe in the future NoMachine for Windows will support “virtual” sessions. Right now it will connect you to the physical display of the host.

KeymasterHello, you say nothing happens. Do you get an error message from NoMachine? If so, can you paste it here or submit a screenshot of what you see?
Can you tell us what version of NoMachine you have installed on your Windows host in Google Cloud?
