Hi krypterro,
When the system crash occurs, execute on the following boot:
journalctl -b -1 > journalctl.log
and send us the journalctl.log fileThanks!
CarinParticipantHi Krypterro,
Thank you for sending the logs. However, the logs don’t show anything unusual. Could you send us system logs as well?
I am not sure what you mean by “due to a video error related to NoMachine”, could you please elaborate? How can you tell that this is an error related to NoMachine? Thanks!
CarinParticipantHi pzhitnikov,
It looks like your file failed to attach. Please send it directly to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com adding the title of the topic to the email subject. Thanks!
CarinParticipant@jeremy.fix Sent! Check your inbox. Would be great to know the output. Thanks 😉
CarinParticipantHi Juano195,
Take a look at the Windows section in this article Username formats supported to log-in to NoMachine by password authentication
CarinParticipantHi keemcosh,
Thank you for reporting this. It is a known issue and it was fixed in Version 7.
As you need to keep version 6, we suggest trying the workout mentioned in this article: Sudden termination of client on Windows hosts with NVIDIA or AMD cards
Hope it works for you 😉

I am afraid this is not possible, as this is not related to NoMachine.
What we can suggest is disabling the screen saver or disable the password protection for it.CarinParticipantHi krypterro,
Would it be possible to show us the exact error? Thanks!
CarinParticipantHi @Brisn, I will contact you privately with a link to download a patched package. Please check your inbox 😉
CarinParticipant@amurikurthy, check your inbox 😉

Thank you for sending the new files. Unfortunately, it did not help to narrow down the problem.
Would you be willing to install a debug package and collect some additional logs for us?September 16, 2021 at 21:59 in reply to: Disable certain shortcuts to be sent to the remote host #35317CarinParticipantHi @solotim,
It is possible to disable the shortcuts in the Shortcuts dialogue of the Input menu. The Shortcuts button in the Input menu opens the list of shortcuts and they can be selectively disabled.
If you want to disable all the shortcuts, this can also be done from the Player Settings, by unchecking the box “Use keyboard shortcuts for quick actions”.CarinParticipantHi r,
If we are not mistaken, we did not receive the logs. Did you send it to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com? Thanks!
