The NoMachine Cloud Server does indeed function as a gateway to multiple NoMachine servers (not the free version) which are sitting behind it.

When connecting to the Rpi and you open the NoMachine connection menu (Ctrl-Alt-0), try enabling ‘Viewport mode’. The Viewport shows the session in 1:1 ratio in both physical and virtual desktop sessions.

Thank you! We received the log file you sent us. Although, the log is not the correct one.
By default, the client deletes logs from previous connections, so we suggest you to pack all the R-* directories and to make sure that they are not being deleted.
There are two ways to collect logs:
1. open Settings, Security and check the box “Don’t delete log files on exit”. We strongly advise to uncheck the box after collecting the logs, to avoid to leave unwanted files.
2. copy the logs while the player window showing the error is still open (in such case logs have not been removed yet).You can find more instructions here.
Again, you can send the logs to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com making sure you use the title of the topic as the subject of your email.Thanks!

Can you please send us logs from both client and server sides. From the server side we need debug logs. We will need you to enable debug, restart nxserver and then reproduce the issue and collect the logs.

I am not sure I understand your problem correctly.
We have 3 protocols, NX , SSH and HTTP.Please note that SSH is not related to TLS, these are separated standards.
The NX protocol is implemented using TLS/SSL standard and OpenSSL and it uses exactly TLS 1.2. TLS is a specification of SSL. HTTP, the third protocol, uses SSL as well which includes TLS 1.2 (and others).
