BilbotineParticipantHi Rosssiiii,
The port mapping seems to be on the router, but we don’t see it in the nxclient monitor. This can happen for a couple of reasons:
1. nxserver starts the port mapping in background, so when the nxclient monitor starts, the port mapping may not be ready yet.
2. there is an old port mapping, by example before restarting nxserver, and the new one is not reported for some reason.
Could you run the command nxserver –upnpstatus and tell us the result ? It will allow us to help you.
Please also tell us which version of NoMachine you are using.
BilbotineParticipantHi dd0044,
In order to help you, we first need to know more about your environment:
– can you tell us which version of NoMachine you are using ?
– what is the operating system of the client device, and what type of mouse are you using ?
Thank you in advance for the feedback.

BilbotineParticipantDear Lachrimae,
Could you please specify what NoMachine product you are using, and also tell us if you created this session manually, asked NoMachine to do it or if the session was created by the OS ?
BilbotineParticipantHi chatfipa,
Thanks for your interest in NoMachine Network/Anywhere.
We are working on it, but we don’t have a release date yet. This will be published on our website as soon as it’s decided.
We can confirm that with NoMachine Network/Anywhere, you will be able to access your computer remotely even if you don’t know its IP address or if it sits behind a firewall.

BilbotineParticipantHi timBrown,
Can you tell something more about this problem, i.e.:
– Does it affect only the USB mouse, or other devices also?
– When you’re trying to share a device, does sharing process fail, or does it seem to succeed, but nothing happens?
You can also check if there is an “nxusb.ko” file in “/usr/NX/bin/drivers/” directory. If you do not find it, you can try to compile it simply by running “make” command in “/usr/NX/share/src/nxusb/” and copy “nxusb.ko” file to “drivers” directory. If the compilation process fails, make sure that linux-headers are available.
BilbotineParticipantHi ox02,
Thank you for your post. This topic will be closed and will be answered in the second post you published: https://www.nomachine.com/forums/topic/mouse-action-blocked-2
BilbotineParticipantHi ewinter,
Are you using Active Directory, LDAP or similar environment?
NoMachine installation allows to have nx as network user but it requires to create home directory on locally on the system. We can see from your logs that nx is already exist as network user. It could shares home directory over network and prevents to create home locally.
