Can you tell us what Linux distro and its version is installed on your 3 machines?
There is a similar topic here: https://www.nomachine.com/forums/topic/error-is-111-connection-refused and here:

The forums are dedicated to our latest version, namely NoMachine 4. I have forwarded on the info you submitted.
BritgirlKeymasterPlease send the logs to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com
BritgirlKeymasterCan either of you contact us as graywolf suggested?
BritgirlKeymasterPlease update the software to 4.4.6. A new topic can be opened if necessary.
February 6, 2015 at 10:19 in reply to: Mouse pointer no longer switching to a "finger" pointer over a button #6199BritgirlKeymaster@hoschi, we are unable to reproduce this problem on Chrome with the latest version of NoMachine. Can you update to 4.4.6 and let us know if you continue to have problems. A new thread can be started in the Linux section if necessary.
BritgirlKeymasterHi, we’ve inserted an FR: https://www.nomachine.com/FR01M02860 🙂
BritgirlKeymasterAt the moment it is possible to disable custom sessions using Profiles which is a feature of Enterprise and Cloud Servers. We have opened a Feature Request which will enable all users to disable this in the future. Please check here: https://www.nomachine.com/FR02M02863.
BritgirlKeymasterThis isn’t a connection/session, it’s a computer on your local network. You can recognize it from the little icon. Compare it for example to a session icon: see figs 3 and 4 in this tutorial: https://www.nomachine.com/finding-other-nomachine-computers-on-the-same-network. Just like you can disable “being discovered”, you can also disable discovering other computers on your network. Check the box “Don’t show other computers on the network” that you can see in the screenshot (Open the NoMachine connection GUI, click Preferences and then Appearance).

BritgirlKeymasterWe will insert an article in the KB so that others like yourself can find it though. As an FYI, a similar topic was brought up here: https://www.nomachine.com/forums/topic/how-can-i-get-higher-screen-resolution.
