BritgirlKeymasterIdeally we would need to see the logs. Are you able to send them to us?

BritgirlKeymasterHello, fast user switching isn’t currently available on Linux. We’ve opened a Feature Request for it which you can monitor here: https://www.nomachine.com/FR05M02934 .
BritgirlKeymaster@satya It seems you also submitted your bug report to NX Issues, and they discovered you are not using official NoMachine packages on the server side. The forums deal exclusively with version 4 and later from NoMachine.
BritgirlKeymasterPlease enable logs and send them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com.
How to gather debug logs is explained in following article:

The support team have already sent a reminder to you for further information. Please submit the info they are requesting at your earliest convenience.
BritgirlKeymasterHi, we will need to see the logs to understand what’s going on. Can you follow the instructions here https://www.nomachine.com/AR07K00677 and either attach them to the forums, or send them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com. Please put the title of your topic in the subject.
