BritgirlKeymasterWhat version are you using of the Enterprise Terminal Server and the ETS nodes?
BritgirlKeymasterHi, It’s possible to change a number of server settings in the server.cfg of the machine you want to access, using CLI. Can you tell us what setting you are interested in changing that is in the UI? For example, do you want to connect without requesting desktop owner authorization?”
BritgirlKeymasterWe are still investigating. We reproduced a similar issue, but not with physical desktop sessions. Please bear with us a little longer 🙂
BritgirlKeymasterWe would like to reproduce your exact case. Can you tell us (step by step) how you remap those keys on the client side?

BritgirlKeymasterIf I understand what you are trying to do, hiding the titlebar depends on the OS you are using. See, for example, https://www.reddit.com/r/AutoHotkey/comments/yh73zz/is_it_possible_to_hide_window_title_bar_in/ and
https://superuser.com/questions/1262225/how-to-remove-hide-title-bar-in-windows-10
BritgirlKeymasterWe were not able to able to reproduce the problem. If the issue returns, please grab the xev output and submit. You can always open a new topic if this one is closed.
BritgirlKeymasterIn your other topic, https://forum.nomachine.com/topic/default-monitor-connection-per-machines, you wrote:
Client: Windows 10 Pro (systeminfo version: 10.0.19044 N/A Build 19044 ) — NoMachine version — 8.4.2 free
Server: Windows 11 Enterprise (systeminfo version: 10.0.22000 N/A Build 22000 ) — NoMachine version — 8.4.2 Enterprise desktopI’m assuming it’s the same set up for this topic as well.
We’ll need the logs from both player sessions and the server-side logs. To get logs, please follow the instructions here for both player and server:
https://kb.nomachine.com/DT07S00243
Step 4 is dedicated to the player logs. Steps 1-3 are for the server. Please send all attachments to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com.
BritgirlKeymasterHi, what happens if you remap only on the client side and not the server? Please try a connection when you have remapped only the Arch side.
BritgirlKeymasterThe first thing you should do is install zenity. You should find it in the official Ubuntu repositories. It would also be useful, for internal debugging, to know what is the most recent NoMachine version that you are trying to update from.
BritgirlKeymasterHW decoding is not currently supported, but it’s planned. Right now we are working on adding support for encoding. Once that’s done and released, we’ll start on the decoder 🙂
Out of interest, what is your device?
BritgirlKeymasterHi, is there an error message shown at all?
Do you have ‘zenity’ installed?
BritgirlKeymasterI’ve sent you a new debug library Timo 🙂
BritgirlKeymasterThe selected monitor is saved, but if for some reason there is a delay in the client receiving the list of monitors present on the server, it ignores the preference and selects the main monitor.
You can tell us what operating systems and versions are in use on the clients and servers, so we can investigate?
BritgirlKeymasterYes, it’s a case for the nouveau developers.
In the meantime, when connecting with NoMachine you’ll be able to use software decoding instead.
BritgirlKeymasterYou can connect to a machine with multi-monitors attached, where you have installed NoMachine, and switch between those monitors from the client using the easy-to-use Switch Monitor button. When you connect, NoMachine automatically detects that multiple physical displays are available on the server side and the Switch Monitor button will be visible in the NoMachine session menu.
