NoMachine Terminal Server for Linux is not a replacement for Terminal Server for Windows as such. Rather you can use it to access your Microsoft application on the Windows server. Any of the products with RDP support will allow you to access Windows based apps. Please consult the following:

Running RDP sessions with NoMachine 4 or later
You will still need MS licensing in place, so make sure you check this on the Microsoft website.

Weird, the text content is exactly the same. As a forum user, please submit logs to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com. They will be queued up for investigation. Make sure you use the title of the forum post as your subject.
I can confirm there’s a bug. The suggested workaround is to disable UDP: edit the connection settings from the client GUI and uncheck the ‘Use UDP communication for multimedia data’ in the Advanced panel.
It will be fixed in the next update.

To run a virtual Linux desktop whilst another person is using the local desktop, you need the Workstation.

There is also a page-peel in the top right hand corner as an alternative to access the menu. Did you try this? Please also explain what you mean with “so few options in the NoMachine menu bar”. Attach a screenshot if possible of what you are seeing.
An FYI, I have updated the guide to show clearly that it is a zero rather the letter O.
