Please make sure you have updated both client and server installations to the latest version, and tell us if you are still having problems.
Just to update everyone. We are aware of problems with Tegra2 devices and are investigating how we can overcome the technical issues. For now, we have to say that NoMachine on Tegra2 is not supported. I will close this thread. Feel free to open a new topic.
I know that the core developers are working on this (it’s a known problem). A temporary workaround is to connect an additional usb mouse
and share it to the remote side as a USB device. Nice to know that you play games with NoMachine 😉We will need logs in order to see what’s happening. Please follow the guidelines in the article here and submit to issues[at]nomachine[dot]com
Can you update to 4.2.26, you are using 4.2.24. It looks similar to a bug that we reproduced in our own labs and fixed in the last update.
Hi,logs show DisplayDefault as :1 when local X server works on display :0. Change DisplayDefault key in node.cfg, restart nxserver. If you continue to have problems, the next update (imminent) will fix the problem.
NoMachine Workstation Subscription appears to be installed on this host. Two different NoMachine packages can’t be installed at the same time on the same host. Be sure you uninstall NoMachine Workstation Subscription before installing NoMachine.

You can’t install NoMachine (the link shows the free version) on top of a Workstation (Production Version) as the message states. Install the Update Version of the Workstation on top of the Production Version of the Workstation, or completely remove the Workstation, including the license, and install the free version.
The Workstation is downloadable from your customer area. Log on to download it.
What package did you download? Can you show me the link? The message shows that you have tried to install NoMachine on top of a Workstation. The installation procedure interrupts the process in that case so you don’t lose your previous installation by installing the wrong product.
