We have sent you the package as requested via email. Please check your inbox 😉

The same applies to your case. We will also need server side logs to investigate. Please send them directly to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com, making sure to add the title of the topic in the email subject. Thanks!
June 11, 2021 at 11:52 in reply to: Screen resolution doesn’t reset on M1 Mac server after disconnecting #34005CarinParticipantHi oxygeneralist,
We were able to reproduce the issue and a Trouble Report has been opened: https://knowledgebase.nomachine.com/TR06S10282
You are invited to sign up to the ‘notify me’ tool in order to receive notification of when a patch has been released.
Thank you for reporting!
CarinParticipantHi Babok,
thank you for your suggestion.
However, such a solution has a few drawbacks and it has to be evaluated carefully. For example, the “space reservation” could use the last bytes left which could be critical for other applications. On top of that, is also difficult to predict the bytes needed and allocating many bytes might actually make the problem worse.
CarinParticipantHi mcl,
Can you please send us server-side logs to help us with the investigation?
You may look at the instructions to collect the logs here: Collect server and client logs manuallyPlease send them directly to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com, making sure to add the title of the topic in the email subject. Thanks!
CarinParticipantHi Peter,
We did not receive your logs via email.
We will need different logs. Can you please collect the logs as explain here https://knowledgebase.nomachine.com/DT11R00181#1.1 and send them via email to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com? Please make sure to add the title of the topic in the email subject. Thanks!
CarinParticipantHi dench,

About the package you’re referring to, can you tell us on which topic that package was mentioned? Thanks!
CarinParticipantHi shelter,
thank you for checking and letting us know. It’s noted and that issue will be handled.
CarinParticipantHi annecline,
Could you tell us what is the OS version on the client and on the remote PC and what version of NoMachine do you have on both sides? Thanks!
CarinParticipantHi basstie,
We received your logs and it looks like the nxnode crash often, locally.
Can you please check if there are crash reports available in the directory: /Users/(username)/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/These are the files with a ‘.crash’ suffix. Can you please send them to us? Thanks!
CarinParticipantHi lottolearn,
Is there something specific related to the mounted disks (e.g. file system)?
Can you please send logs to help us with the investigation? For now, server-side logs will be enough. You can collect the logs as described in this article: https://knowledgebase.nomachine.com/DT10O00163#1.3
Please submit them to forum[at]nomachine[dot]com putting the title of your topic as the email subject.
Thanks!
CarinParticipantHi alfwro,
When connecting to a Windows host/instance where you have installed NoMachine or Enterprise Desktop, you are connecting to its physical desktop, so on the client-side we only mirror the existing desktop with its physical display.
Virtual displays running Windows are not detected by NoMachine. You can also take a look at this topic that dealt with a similar question: https://forums.nomachine.com/topic/windows-multiple-displays
CarinParticipantHi edg,
Have you selected “Grab the keyboard input” in Menu Panel?
